Most loans receive a term sheet within 24–48 hours of a complete submission. Closings can occur in as few as 10 days, depending on title and appraisal turn-around.

Up to 95% of purchase price plus 100% of the rehab budget, capped by ARV constraints. Final leverage depends on borrower experience and deal specifics.
Rental / Long-Term
Yes. Our long-term rental program offers fully amortizing 30-year fixed financing for non-owner-occupied 1–4 unit investment properties.
